Refund policy

Do we accept returns?

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return your item for a full refund.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to return it. The 14 days start when your parcel is delivered, not when you place your order, so you always get the full 14 days with your item. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

How to return an item

Email us at mavrennamade@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
We'll reply with your return instructions and the address to send it to.
Send the item back unused and in its original packaging where possible. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one.

Refund timeline

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method, including any delivery charge you paid. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its reduced value.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
