Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the UK.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Your items are dispatched from our supplier's warehouse overseas, and most orders arrive within 7–12 working days of being placed. Occasionally delivery can take longer, especially at busy times of year.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Extra charges
We don't expect UK customers to pay any extra charges on delivery. If you're ever asked to pay something before your parcel is handed over, please contact us before paying.

Late or missing orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, email us at mavrennamade@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
